    An exciting CLE course on an issue both timely and controversial, the laws governing armed conflict and occupation will be covered in full. From the use of private security firms becoming indistinguishable from armed forces and the enlistment of military commissions to try enemy combatants, this seminar is an opportunity to explore the ethics and legalities of armed occupation and modern-day warfare including America’s occupation of Iraq.
