Attorney transitions from one firm to another are fraught with complications, both legal and ethical. This explosive CLE course explores the implications of such a transition and the consequences it may have with regards to finances, security, disclosure and accountability. Presented by renowned attorney Ron Minkoff of Frankfurt, Kurnit, Klein & Selz PC, the course will address these issues from three perspectives: that of the partners, that of the firm the attorney is transitioning from and that of the attorney’s new firm.
