About This Course
They balance our budgets, plan our vacations and direct us to the most convenient route to the office. Mobile apps have taken over in almost every arena of how we manage our lives and so it is not surprising that a wealth of legal issues have arisen to manage the growing rise in the mobile app market.
This brand new and leading edge CLE course, presented by technology attorney Glen Westerback, will offer attorneys a comprehensive explanation of apps, and how they are monetized. The course, using industry-specific examples, will then explore various issues such as business arrangements, securing IP rights, choice of platform, development agreements, consumer facing terms and compliance with the law.
