About This Course
There have been several foreclosure reform measures passed by the legislature in New Jersey. Included in the measures are the institution of a foreclosure mediation program as well as reforms of sheriff sale procedures and foreclosure litigation processes. This CLE course will review these reforms as well as those which relate to other areas of foreclosure and real estate law such as the licensing of the loan servicing and residential practice in New Jersey, condominium liens and more.
