Accreditation and CLE Rules for North Dakota
United Institute for Continuing Legal Education offers CLE courses accredited in many states throughout the country. While we do not directly accredit our courses in North Dakota, our courses qualify for North Dakota credit approval pursuant to the rules of the North Dakota State Commission for Continuing Legal Education. ND attorneys must self-apply for course approval of United CLE courses.
North Dakota attorneys must take 45 credits per CLE cycle including 3 credits of Ethics. ND attorneys may earn up to 15 CLE credit hours from United Institute for Continuing Legal Education, including 3 credit hours of Ethics. Attorneys may complete their CLE in a variety of formats including our Online & iOS/Android App.
Excess credits taken in one CLE cycle cannot be carried forward to the next CLE cycle.
