About This Course

Filing for bankruptcy requires practical knowledge of the process. This CLE course will explain how to file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy case including the legal perquisites for authorization to file on a client’s behalf and eligibility standards for filing. A review of forms, financial information required, e-filing and how to prepare for the 341 Meeting of Creditors will be discussed.
