About This Course
As technology has made communication faster and information more accessible, it has also rendered both communication and information virtually impossible to secure. Law firms, which have both a legal and moral responsibility toward confidentiality, are perhaps most at risk. This CLE course, critical for any practicing attorney, will explain how to ensure the security of client information and the various measures that need to be employed. The course will explain the distinction between confidentiality, privacy and security, the policies that should be employed and how to protect against the added hazards inherent in mobile communications.
