About This Course
In cities like New York, where skyscrapers soar and property lines are so close they virtually overlap, it would appear that every bit of space is available for development. But the development rights on land use, particularly in New York City, is actually mapped out quite specifically and transactions require due diligence and no small amount of documentation.
This CLE course will familiarize attorneys with the language of development rights transfers, the steps necessary to determine if transfers have occurred and all the documentation required to implement transfers.
