Expiration of Courses

From time to time we will deactivate a course from our catalog. If we deactivate a course that you purchased before you had a chance to take the course we will gladly swap it for a course of equal value within one year from the date of your purchase.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We work very hard to make sure that our product is top quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may request a refund within 14 days of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot allow you to return your order if you have requested a certificate for any of the courses in your order. Please note that we charge a refund processing fee of 10% of your order total to process your refund.

Your CLE Credits

"One Stop Bundles" purchases must be used within one year from the date of purchase. "Build-A-Bundle" credits, "Forever Credits", and Individual Course credits never expire.

Hardship Policy

United Institute for Continuing Legal Education believes that all attorneys should be able to access quality continuing legal education, even if they are experiencing a financial hardship.
