Accreditation and CLE Rules for Arkansas
Courses purchased through UnitedCLE.com are provided and fully accredited by The National Academy of Continuing Legal Education, an accredited sponsor of CLE courses in Arkansas.
The National Academy of Continuing Legal Education is an accredited CLE sponsor in Arkansas, approved by the Arkansas Continuing Legal Education Board.
Arkansas attorneys must complete 12 CLE credit hours per year by June 30th, including at least 1 credit in Ethics. Arkansas attorneys can earn all 12 CLE credit hours from The National Academy of Continuing Legal Education, including 1 credit of Ethics with our prerecorded programs using our Online & iOS/Android App formats. Arkansas attorneys must report their credits by July 31st each year.
AR Attorneys may carry over 12 credits, including 1 ethics, into the next reporting period.
