Accreditation and CLE Rules for Colorado

National Academy of Continuing Legal Education is a Certified Provider of CLE as recognized by the Colorado Supreme Court Continuing Legal and Judicial Education Committee. The Colorado Supreme Court maintains a list of accredited courses on their website at http://www.coloradosupremecourt.com/pdf/CLE/homestudy.pdf. You can find our courses by looking for “NACLE” in the Sponsor column.
All courses offered by National Academy of Continuing Legal Education for CO attorneys have been directly approved by the Colorado Supreme Court Board of Continuing Legal Education. Attorneys may earn all 45 hours including 7 hours of ethics with the National Academy of Continuing Legal Education through multiple formats including Online & iOS/Android App formats.
The CLE deadline is December 31st of the last year of your 3 year compliance period. Credits cannot be carried over from one cycle to the next cycle. Attorneys must self-report completion of CLE. The deadline for reporting your attendance is January 31st. The Certificate of Completion issued by National Academy has a unique Colorado course code that is used to report attendance. Members should retain their original certified affidavits for their records.
