Charles B. Hadad, Esq.
Charles Hadad is an associate with Feldstein, Grinberg, Lang & McKee, P.C. in Pittsburgh, PA whose practice concentrates in the areas of Estate Administration, Probate, Estate Planning and Trust Administration. Charles is well-versed and has assisted clients with the preparation of estate planning documents that fit their customized needs including revocable and irrevocable trusts, special needs trusts and charitable gift/trust planning. Charles is also an experienced practitioner in estate administration and an experienced litigator in Orphans' Court.
Charles has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. He earned his J.D. with Honors from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, where he was a finalist for the Distinguished Student Award and received the Certificate of Merit in his Estate Planning course. Charles is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations. Charles is also on the Allegheny County Bar Association Probate & Trust Section Council and Pittsburgh Estate Planning Council.
Tracy L. Zihmer, Esq.
Tracy Zihmer is an associate with Feldstein, Grinberg, Lang & McKee, P.C. in Pittsburgh, PA. Tracy's practice primarily focuses on Estate Planning and Estate and Trust Administration. In addition, she advocates for clients in Orphans' court matters by representing fiduciaries or beneficiaries in claims regarding the distribution of estate property. Tracy also provides experience to business clients in the formation of businesses, drafting of governance documents and agreements, preparation of deeds, and assistance with property assessment appeals.
A 2007 magna cum laude graduate of West Virginia University, Tracy received her B.A. in Criminology and Investigations and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. She earned her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude in 2012. At Duquesne University, Tracy was a published member of the Duquesne Law Review. She gained practical experience by working with the Unemployment Compensation Clinic, clerking for an Allegheny County judge and clerking with Pittsburgh law firms. Tracy is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations and a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association Probate and Trust Section.
