  • Description

Employee policies dealing with the COVID-19 vaccines can be a tricky business. Should you make vaccines a requirement, incentivized, merely encouraged or facilitated? Should you allow for exemptions, on what basis and how are those exemptions to be accommodated? What method of communication should be used when explaining the rules to employees? What incentives can be used?

This CLE course will explain all the scenarios, address potential pitfalls, present pros and cons and how each avenue can be structured and employed to create a safe and secure environment.
