    Bruce Ortwine has more than 37 years of experience in banking and corporate law, both as an attorney in two major New York City law firms and as General Counsel, Americas for a major Japanese bank, where he also serves as Adviser, Global Legal and Compliance for its global operations. He has extensive experience in both sophisticated financial transactions and regulatory requirements concerning the banking business in the U.S. He has published numerous articles and spoken at numerous legal conferences in the U.S., U.K. and Japan.
