    Landlord tenant law has become a national topic of conversation since COVID-19. Its evolving laws and the national/state moratoriums being put in place as a result of the pandemic has made it one of the hardest hit areas. This CLE course will introduce the main topics of New Jersey landlord-tenant law and how its regulation has changed since the pandemic.

    The course will present the various issues that need to be navigated as well as ways of getting relief for clients as the laws remain fluid. The course is applicable to both commercial and residential tenancies and will relate to various types of eviction matters in New Jersey.

    Kenneth Biedzynski

    Kenneth W. Biedzynski is a partner at Goldzweig, Green, Eiger & Biedzynski LLC. His practice focuses primarily on landlord-tenant law, personal injury and, commercial litigation. He currently represents various housing developments throughout the State of New Jersey. Mr. Biedzynski also serves as Special Counsel to Marlboro Township for affordable housing matters and he also serves as the Board Attorney for the Marlboro Township Affordable Housing Agency and Rent Control Board as well as being the board attorney for Marlboro Township’s Local Ethics Board. He is a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association.

    A graduate of Kean University, Mr. Biedzynski received his J.D. from Seton Hall University. He served as an intern for Justice Daniel J. O’Hern of the New Jersey Supreme Court and for the Honorable Julia Ashby of the New Jersey Appellate Division. Mr. Biedzynski has also served on the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Civil Practice and he has published numerous articles and practice topics in Westlaw’s American Jurisprudence 2nd, Illinois Practice and Florida Jurisprudence.
