  • Description
Rental agreements are notorious for being broken. Whether by a tenant’s early departure or a landlord failure to make requisite repairs, given the volume of incidences in which one party accuses the other of failing to meet the standards of the lease, these breaches seem more the norm than the exception. This CLE course will explain the tenant’s perspective on issues related to property rentals including basic definitions and economic issues, inclusions, escalations, guarantees, and the standard terms related to all aspects of a standard lease agreement.
