About This Course
Criminal investigations now typically employ electronic information as a standard feature, both at the State and Federal levels. This type of information may be used in the commission of crimes and is thereby often the focus of prosecutions and investigations.
This CLE course will offer a comprehensive overview of various amendment implications such as the warrant requirement of the Fourth Amendment, the Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination and the right confrontation guaranteed by the Sixth Amendment and will offer strategies that may be of use to both the defense and prosecution.
