Ronald Fatoullah Chairs the Elder Law Practice Group and is a Partner in the firm's Trusts & Estates Practice Group for Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein and Breitstone, LLP. Prior to joining the firm, Ron was the founder and principal of Ronald Fatoullah & Associates for over 35 years, perennially recognized as one of New York's top Elder Law and Estate Planning firms. Ron has been devoted to advising New Yorkers about the legal and financial challenges of aging. He is highly regarded for his contributions and expertise in estate planning and administration, Medicaid planning, special needs planning, wills and trusts, probate, guardianships, and estate and & guardianship litigation.

Elizabeth Forspan, Esq.
Elizabeth Forspan is a Partner with Forspan Klear LLP, a New York law firm. Elizabeth’s areas of practice include Elder Law, Trusts & Estates and Taxation. She regularly assists clients in achieving their Medicaid Planning goals in a tax efficient manner through practical and considerate planning techniques.
Elizabeth speaks throughout the United States on various aspects of Elder Care Planning, Tax Law and Estate Planning. Elizabeth has lectured on the Income Taxation of Trusts and Estates for the National Business Institute as well as Key Elder Care Planning Issues for the New York State Society of CPA’s. Elizabeth has also written and lectured extensively on the topic of Casualty Loss Deductions. Elizabeth co-authored the award winning cover article for the February 2013 edition of the CPA Journal entitled “Casualty Losses for Property Damaged by Hurricane Sandy.” Elizabeth was the recipient of the prestigious Max Block Award for Outstanding Article in the Category of Technical Analysis, awarded by the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants’ CPA Journal for her article on casualty losses. Elizabeth has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in the area of Estate Planning and Probate in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. Elizabeth has been featured in New York Magazine, MarketWatch, and she has been quoted in the New York Times.
Prior to co-founding Forspan Klear LLP, Elizabeth was the Managing Attorney of a leading Elder Law and Trusts & Estates law firm. Prior to that, Elizabeth was a Tax Manager with Ernst & Young LLP, where she focused on Mergers and Acquisitions and Executive Compensation.
Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law. Elizabeth received her B.A. from Queens College of the City University of New York, where she graduated summa cum laude and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
