About This Course
The newly enacted Housing and Tenant Protection Act & Statewide Housing Security Act has a broad range of implication. This CLE course will explain that impact on the landlord/tenant law with regards to litigating summary proceedings, handling administrative law issues before the DHCR or simply advising a client on standard issues. The course will offer both a general overview as well as an explanation of the major changes to the NY Real Property Law and Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law since the enactment of HSTPA.
