Accreditation and CLE Rules for Louisiana

About This Course
Fact dependent cases rely on depositions, both of your client and your opponent. This CLE course will offer a brief guide into how to properly and effectively plan for depositions including the psychological and strategic issues that come into play. Critical portions of the CPLR and Uniform Rules designed to guide attorneys though conflicts will also be presented.
