About This Course
Chronic traumatic Encephalopathy cases require advance knowledge of neurology, neuroimaging, neuropsychology and neural science in order to be successful. This knowledge is critical for both direct examination of medical examination and perhaps more importantly for the utilization of generally accepted medical literature which is often referred to regarding medical issues related to CTE. This CLE course will explain these issues, the knowledge required and how it can be used as well how and when to apply the Federal Rules of Evidence with regard to expert witnesses.
