Julie Negovan, Esq.
Julie Negovan is Of Counsel in Griesing Law, LLC’s Commercial Litigation practice group. I focus my practice on construction, energy, health care, class actions, mass torts and complex commercial litigation. In addition, I have extensive e-discovery experience, including project management, litigation holds, forensics and production.
Julie represented an international wind turbine manufacturing company in multiple commercial suits across the country, including managing its e-discovery effort in the US and EU in connection with litigation involving claims in excess of $100 million. She has represented contractors, developers and owners in all facets of construction litigation, including defects, disaster recovery, insurance coverage, personal injury defense, title disputes, zoning and environmental issues, creditors’ rights, mechanics liens and shareholder and partnership disputes. She has defended many medical institutions and their members in civil suits, including malpractice, partnership disputes and disputes concerning ERISA and compensation issues. Julie has been recognized by Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers for her work in litigation.
Outside of the Firm, Julie is chair of the Board of Directors of Livengrin, a nonprofit organization based in Bucks County, Pennsylvania dedicated to the treatment of drug and alcohol addiction. She previously chaired the Board of Directors of Bucks County Choral Society, a 150 member volunteer choral organization providing fine arts performances in Bucks County. Julie has also served on the Executive Committee of the Business Leadership Forum of the Union League and was a Republican Committee Woman for Warwick Township, Bucks County.
