Michael A. Licatesi, Esq.
Michael Licatesi has been with The Licatesi Law Group for five years. He is a tenacious litigator with valuable courtroom experience in personal injury as well as no-fault medical collections through arbitrations and civil litigation. Mr. Licatesi has dedicated his career to the representation of accident victims sustaining serious injuries in automobile accidents, slip and falls, construction accidents, and medical negligence obtaining multi-million-dollar settlements. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyer's Association and the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. He frequently mentors doctors and attorneys regarding no-fault laws and regulations. Michael holds an impressive win ratio when arbitrating for all types of medical providers including orthopedists, neurosurgeons, surgical facilities, radiology facilities, chiropractors, and much more.
He is a graduate of Maurice A. Deane, School of Law at Hofstra University and Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s of Science (Dean’s List), majoring in Risk Management/Real Estate and a concentration in Finance. At Hofstra, he received the legal scholar’s award and public service award. Michael began his career there litigating on behalf of Pro bono clients in special immigrant juvenile matters and child maltreatment cases involving physical and sexual abuse, educational neglect, abandonment and inadequate supervision. He successfully argued several civil mock trials before Nassau County Justices and respected trial lawyers. Prior to becoming an attorney, Michael worked in commercial real estate closing over $32,000,000 in real estate transactions. Michael is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a member in good standing in the New York State Courts and in the United States Eastern District.

Anthony J. Licatesi, Esq,
Mr. Licatesi's practice, for over three decades, has concentrated in personal injury as well as no-fault medical collections through arbitration and civil litigation. Anthony has almost 40 years of experience as trial counsel to numerous attorneys as well as health care providers and is a pioneer in the No-fault legal industry. Mr. Licatesi has also successfully defended various health care specialties in Federal Civil RICO complex healthcare litigation.
Mr. Licatesi frequently lectures attorneys for CLE credits as well as health care providers regarding New York State No-fault laws and regulations. He has been a guest lecturer for New York State Chiropractic Association, Physical Therapy Provider Network, New York State Chiropractic Counsel as well as the American Arbitration Association and the Boom Business Network.
As a member of the New York State Trial Lawyer's Association, Anthony has work with the Governor's office, as well as the New York State Insurance Department (DFS) regarding various procedures and regulations within New York State's Insurance laws. He received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from New York University in 1984 and graduated from Hofstra University School of Law receiving his Juris Doctor in 1987.
As an active member of the Atlantic Beach community, he has served as President of the Atlantic Beach Estates Civic Association and is currently a Commissioner of the Greater Atlantic Beach Water Reclamation District. Shortly after Hurricane Sandy, Gov. Andrew Cuomo's Office of Storm Recovery (GOSR) appointed Anthony J. Licatesi Co-Chairman of the Atlantic Beach New York State Rising community reconstruction committee to help rebuild a more resilient coastal community and implement new and innovative strategies aimed to establish a stronger and better future for Atlantic Beach residents. Anthony is an original member of the Board of Directors for the Torch Foundation, a not-for-profit charitable organization which helped raise millions of dollars for such children organizations as Tomorrow's Children's Fund, Hope with the Heart, The New York Child Learning Institute, Covenant House, Cleary School for the Deaf, The Child's School and Columbian Presbyterian Medical Center. Mr. Licatesi has also been an active fund raiser for other numerous charities including the Lustgarten Foundation.
