About This Course
Storytelling is the powerful persuasive advocacy tool in a trial lawyer’s arsenal. Stories help us to understand events, solve problems and connect to one another. We connect to stories and can communicate through them in a way that is ingrained in all of us. Storytelling can and should be used at every stage of representation and should not get lost in the details of testimony.
This CLE course will explain the methodology of storytelling and how it can be used to investigate case facts, witness accounts and events, shaping evidence, create compelling evidentiary arguments, demonstration of prejudice and transform your case theory into a coherent, engaging narrative.
