Mark DiMichael, CPA -ABV · CFF, CFE, CCFI
Mark DiMichael is a partner in the forensic, litigation, and valuation services department of Citrin Cooperman. His areas of expertise include divorce litigation, economic damages analysis, fraud investigation, cryptocurrency, white collar criminal defense, and business appraisals. Mark has prepared and rebutted expert reports, and has experience working with companies in a wide range of industries.
Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Mark performed investigative accounting and business valuations related to matrimonial disputes. Additionally, he has several years of experience in performing financial statement audits for middle market companies.
Currently, Mark is the chairperson of the NYSSCPA Digital Assets Committee, and he is a former chairperson of the NYSSCPA Litigation Services Committee and Consulting Services Oversight Committee.
Bart J. Eagle, Esq.
Bart J. Eagle formed the Law Offices of Bart J. Eagle, PLLC in April, 1997. The firm specializes in commercial law and litigation and the general practice of law. Mr. Eagle is also on the roster of mediators of the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York and the roster of mediators of Coop and Condo Panel of the New York City Bar Association. Mr. Eagle is a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section and Mediation Committee, and the New York State Bar Association Commercial and Federal Litigation Section. Prior to opening his own office, Mr. Eagle was, for 10 years, associated with and a partner of the firm also specializing in commercial law and litigation.
Mr. Eagle has represented individuals and entities, in federal and state courts, before administrative tribunals, and in arbitration and mediation proceedings, in disputes resulting from commercial financing relationships; shareholder and partnership disputes; license and distribution disputes; employment matters, including discrimination claims; contract actions; RICO claims; securities frauds actions; and insurance coverage disputes. In addition, Mr. Eagle has negotiated and drafted commercial agreements including factoring, license, employment, severance, distribution, asset purchase, collaboration, service, shareholder, operating, partnership, and internet usage agreements, lease and assignments of intellectual property rights.
Before entering private practice in January, 1988, Mr. Eagle had served for 6 1/2 years as an Assistant District Attorney in Queens County, New York. As a member of the Homicide Trial Bureau, the Major Offense Prosecution Program, which specifically addressed crimes committed by career criminals, major offenses and other high profile cases, and at Supreme Court Trial Bureau, Mr. Eagle investigated, tried and obtained convictions for murder, other armed and violent crimes.
Mr. Eagle is admitted to practice in the State of New York and before the Supreme Court of the United States, The United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States District Court of the Southern and Eastern District of New York.
Mr. Eagle has taught seminars and workshops in trial advocacy to junior attorneys and judged moot court and mock trial competitions at St. John’s University School of Law. He is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where we was a member of the Moot Court Board and served as an instructor, Advanced Moot Court Workshop.
