William Eadie, Esq.
William Eadie is the founder of Eadie Law: Nursing Home Injury Lawyers, an Ohio-based firm dedicated exclusively to representing victims of nursing home abuse and neglect. With over 15 years of litigation experience, Mr. Eadie has successfully advocated for vulnerable seniors and their families, securing significant verdicts and settlements, including a $5 million jury verdict in a wrongful death case.
Mr. Eadie has argued cases before the Eighth and Ninth Ohio Appellate District Courts and the Ohio Supreme Court, demonstrating his deep understanding of complex legal issues in elder care. His practice focuses on cases involving pressure ulcers, falls, choking incidents, medication errors, and other forms of nursing home negligence.
A committed educator, Mr. Eadie has previously presented for the National Academy of Continuing Legal Education, including the CLE course "Understanding Nursing Home Abuse and Neglect Cases." He continues to contribute to the legal community through public education and partnerships with elder care advocacy groups, striving to improve standards and accountability in long-term care facilities.
