About This Course
Case selection and early review of potential medical malpractice cases are critical aspects to your success. Medical malpractice cases, as one of the few requiring a certificate of merit prior to filing, they are frequently discussed regarding tort reform, particularly given that the settlements from these cases are often related to the severity of injury. This CLE course will discuss the importance of early review and the prevention of frivolous cases and improve your chances of success.
