About This Course
Asylum law has undergone a slew of changes in the past few years. This CLE course will explain those changes with a focus on how they may apply to future asylum cases. The lecture will begin with an overview of the basic ideas behind asylum, its history and how new regulations will alter its operations. The course will then take a deeper look into how the new regulations may impact new asylum applicants, particularly those from Middle Eastern countries.
