May Mon Post, Esq.
May Mon Post is Lead Employment Practices Liability Attorney with Chubb's Pennsylvania House Counsel office of Bunker & Ray, where she is responsible for defending employment litigation and charges of discrimination filed against Chubb's insureds, including claims arising under Title VII, American with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Family Medical Leave Act, Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, and other federal and state laws.
Ms. Post has extensive experience in litigating a wide variety of employment cases and counseling employers with respect to hiring, firing, disciplining, leaves of absence, accommodations, drug testing, and best employment practices. Ms. Post also has extensive experience in workplace investigations as well as reviewing and revising employee handbooks, policies and procedures.
Ms. Post is a frequent author and speaker on employment-related issues. Prior to joining Chubb's House Counsel, Ms. Post worked as an attorney in the Philadelphia office of Fisher & Phillips, LLP, a leading national labor and employment law firm. Ms. Post also worked as an Assistant City Solicitor in the Honors Program with the City of Philadelphia Law Department's Labor and Employment Unit.
Jeffrey M. Goodz, Esq.
Jeffrey M. Goodz is an Attorney in the Employment Practices Liability Group of the Florida House Counsel firm of McGuinness & Cicero. Prior to joining Chubb's House Counsel, Jeff practiced with a number of large, mid-size and small firms focusing on all aspects of employment law.
Over the course of nearly 25 years, Jeff has provided advice and consultations as to how to avoid workplace-related issues such as sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, violence in the workplace, defamation, and wage and hour disputes such as minimum wage and overtime claims. He is experienced in resolving employment conflicts arising under virtually all federal, state and local employment laws prohibiting discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, violence in the workplace, defamation in the workplace between employee and employer, and wage and hour disputes, including, but not limited to, Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Florida Civil Rights Act, the Florida Minimum Wage Act, and common law claims. When preventive measures do not or cannot obviate the need for litigation, Jeff has a wealth of experience litigating all forms of employment matters in both state and federal courts, and before administrative agencies.

Sonia B. Alfaro, Esq.

Accomplished attorney with 20 years of experience in broad areas of state and federal laws, including litigation in personal injury, torts, banking laws, consumer collection laws, employment and labor law, commercial law and contracts. Graduated from ABA Accredited Law School, Texas licensed and fully bilingual (English/Spanish). First chair litigator in multiple trials, with vast deposition experience. Principally responsible for managing and supervising cases for 3 publicly traded financial institutions throughout my career.
Ample experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide range of complex commercial and settlement agreements for these clients. Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and International Business. Jessica Z. Wragg, Esq.
Jessica Z. Wragg is an Attorney in the Employment Litigation Group of Chubb's Connecticut House Counsel firm, Musco & Iassogna. Prior to joining Chubb's House Counsel, Jessica counseled and defended employers in employment matters at a boutique employment law firm in Connecticut.
She regularly conducted training seminars for insurance agents and employers on key legal developments in employment and employee benefits laws. She also served as an independent investigator for companies dealing with complaints of sexual harassment and discrimination. Ms. Wragg's litigation practice is focused on the defense of employers against claims of discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, sexual harassment, contract breaches, family medical leave laws, failure to hire, defamation and related tort claims.

Ellen M. Boyle, Esq.
Ellen M. Boyle is the Lead Employment Attorney in Chubb's New Jersey House Counsel firm, Kirmser, Lamastra, Cunningham & Skinner. She represents management in employment litigation, with particular emphasis on the defense of employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and whistle blower suits. Ms. Boyle has also provided counseling to employers on employment matters such as workforce reductions, family leave laws, employment handbooks and policies, reasonable accommodations for disabilities and providing training to prevent workplace harassment.
Ms. Boyle is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bars and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Districts of New Jersey and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. She regularly appears before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, various agencies and a variety of state and federal trial and appellate courts. Ms. Boyle is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association.
Ms. Boyle received her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Oneonta (B.A., cum laude, 1984), and earned her Juris Doctor from Fordham Law School (J.D., 1987). Ms. Boyle was formerly an associate with Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, LLC in New York City, Pitney Hardin Kipp & Szuch in Morristown, New Jersey and with the management labor and employment law firm Epstein Becker & Green in its Newark, New Jersey office.
