Maria G. Nowotny, Esq.
Maria G. Nowotny, Esq. graduated from St. John’s University Law School, Jamaica, New York receiving a J.D. degree. She was admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New York in 1982 and has remained as an attorney in good standing since that date.
She graduated from St. Joseph’s College with a B.A. in Human Relations.
Ms. Nowotny has been in private practice in Glens Falls, New York since 2002. For eight years preceding commencement of her present practice, she served as head of the personal trust administration department of a community bank in Glens Falls and as head of the trust department of a community bank on Long Island. The first ten years of Ms. Nowotny’s legal career was as an attorney in private practice in New York City and Long Island, as well as serving as a legal publishing editor.
Her primary areas of practice have been in trusts and estates, elder law, real estate and small business law, as well as previously engaging in family law.
