About This Course
As artificial intelligence continues to reshape the legal profession, understanding its capabilities—and its limits—is essential. This CLE program examines how AI is transforming legal research, drafting, client communication, and case management. Participants will compare general-purpose AI tools, such as chatbots and large language models (LLMs), with legal-specific platforms designed for professional use.
The program also explores the ethical and practical risks of AI, from accuracy and confidentiality concerns to emerging disciplinary issues, and reviews recent case law that illuminates the evolving standards governing lawyers’ use of AI in practice.
