    Jonathan Ginsberg

    Jonathan Ginsberg has represented deserving Social Security disability claimants for over 25 years. Based in Atlanta, Jonathan practices throughout the state of Georgia and periodically in hearing offices elsewhere in the country.

    Jonathan is well known for his educational efforts to teach Social Security best practices to colleagues and the general public. His YouTube channel at contains over 330 videos and he hosts a disability podcast at He is the author of two “how to” books about the Social Security disability process and contributed to the disability section of the AARP publication “Social Security for Dummies.”

    Jonathan regularly speaks at continuing legal education seminars and he created an online class entitled “How to Create a Social Security Disability Practice” at Solo Practice University, an online learning platform for solo and newly solo attorneys.

    Jonathan practices law with his wife and daughter at Ginsberg Law Offices in north Atlanta. Outside of work, he enjoys recreational basketball, weightlifting, travel and photography.
