Barry A. Wadler is an attorney admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. He has been in private practice for thirty-nine years representing a wide range of small to mid-size businesses. His practice consists of both transactional work and complex commercial litigation.
His transactional work has included the purchase or sale of various businesses, shareholder agreements, buyout of a shareholder, consulting agreements, employment agreements, confidentiality agreements and non-compete agreements.
His litigation practice has included such diverse matters as the breakup of shareholders, beer distributorship terminations, mechanics’ lien coverage, real estate development, urban planning, commercial and residential lease issues and a challenge to a cable television franchise.
Mr. Wadler received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1973. He has offices in New York City and Hackensack, New Jersey.
