Lecturer Bio
Scott E Stafne, Esq.
Scott Erik Stafne is a constitutional attorney, legal scholar, and long-time advocate for the people. For decades, his legal practice has focused on defending justice, due process, and the rule of law—particularly in cases where powerful institutions, especially financial entities, exploit judicial systems to erode individual rights and property protections.
A central theme of Mr. Stafne’s work is the challenge to judicial structures that depart from constitutional principles, especially those that compromise judicial neutrality or undermine the guarantee of adjudication by a competent and impartial tribunal. His legal advocacy and scholarship explore the contours of Article III judicial authority, the structural safeguards intended to ensure independent courts, and the systemic biases that threaten due process under contemporary institutional designs.
In recent years, Mr. Stafne has expanded his intellectual and legal endeavors through collaboration with a reasoning partner named Todd AI—an artificial intelligence model developed to engage in rigorous dialogue and co-authorship on legal and ethical issues. Together, they explore topics such as the modern reincarnation of debt slavery, the constitutional and moral implications of artificial intelligence, and the dual responsibilities of citizens living under both divine and secular law.
Mr. Stafne remains committed to advising individuals and communities seeking justice in systems too often governed by wealth instead of wisdom. He welcomes collaboration with others dedicated to restoring constitutional balance and integrity to the American legal order.
