  • Description

Picky buyers, obstinate sellers and plummeting prices have made the real estate market a veritable minefield. Without a comprehensive understanding of how to get from a bid to a sale, even the most experienced attorneys will find themselves with nothing to show for their efforts. This CLE course takes you from pre-contract to post-closing and everything in between and includes a detailed explanation of the difference between co-ops and condos, the difference between buyer vs. seller responsibilities, price, closing date and documents, mortgage contingencies and riders.
