  • Description
There is perhaps no other household possession that garners the attention of firearms. Considered by many to be a constitutional right and by others as an abuse of that same document, firearms have the distinction of being at once readily accessible in a vast majority of states and highly controlled in others. Regardless of where one stands on the issue of firearms, possession or sale of illegal arms can result in life changing consequences. This CLE course will explain the regulation of firearms particularly in New York and explain how to effectively advise and represent clients on gun laws in the state.
