This past year Exterro and Norton Rose Fulbright both published reports shedding light on litigation cost and e-discovery trends that every in-house legal professional should be aware of. Norton Rose Fulbright recently launched its 2015 Litigation Trends Annual Survey polling more than 800 corporate counsel. On the other hand, earlier this year Exterro released its 1st Annual Federal Judges Survey on e-discovery best practices and trends. In this CLE program, a panel of experts from Norton Rose Fulbright and Exterro will review key findings from each report and deliver key insights into: • Overall litigation and e-discovery trends and which industries are most likely to be affected • E-Discovery judges survey results on trends legal professionals should be keeping an eye on • Best practices for reducing litigation and e-discovery spend
