    Peter Kurshan

    Peter J. Kurshan is an experienced and well-seasoned attorney specializing in all aspects of civil litigation. He has extensive experience in business and corporate matters and has represented client interests ranging from those of large multi-national corporations to individuals and sole proprietorships in the Courts of both New York and New Jersey. Clients are repeatedly drawn to his personal attention to their legal needs and focus on details.

    When Mr. Kurshan is not involved in client matters or engaged in the trial of a matter, he devotes his time to presenting continuing legal education seminars. His focus has generally been attorney ethics and recent topics presented have included The Restatement of Law, Attorneys and The Rules of Professional Conduct. Mr. Kurshan is also active in the affairs of local community organizations.

    Mr. Kurshan is admitted to the Courts of New York and New Jersey, the Federal Courts in New Jersey and Southern, Eastern and Northern District of New York. He is also admitted to the United States Tax Court and the Courts of Appeal for the First, Second, Third, Fourth and Seventh Circuits.
