  • Description

The Supreme Court decision in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc. altered the state tax environment for businesses. As a result the state tax authorities began to aggressively pursue out-of-state sellers and often applied their laws to tax periods prior to the decision. Sales tax are not the only type impacted; gross receipts, income taxes and digital taxes are as well.

This CLE course will explain the changing definitions and developments as well as the current laws and how to prepare clients for the new rules.
