  • Description
E-discovery is rarely treated as a normative business process. Rather it is a reactive activity without standard protocols and as such is not repeatable. This often results in delays, lost evidence and miscommunication. This results in increased costs, raises potential legal sanctions and wastes tremendous amounts of time. This CLE course will explain how to better manage and implement e-discovery utilizing business process management, which is typically applied to non-legal functions, and will provide legal professionals the strategies to improve project outcomes and reductions in risk and expenditures.
