    Stephen Herbes

    Stephen F. Herbes is Assistant General Counsel at the 1199 SEIU National Benefit and Pension Funds. He graduated from Harvard Law School and earned an LLM in taxation from New York University School of Law. A Certified Public Accountant and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist, Mr. Herbes has written and lectured extensively on qualified retirement plans, employee benefits, and executive compensation arrangements.
