About This Course
As demand for medical aesthetics services continues to grow, attorneys must navigate an increasingly complex regulatory environment affecting medical spas, weight management clinics, and similar healthcare businesses. This CLE program explores the legal and compliance issues that arise when establishing, operating, or investing in these practices.
Participants will examine key topics such as ownership and management structures, professional licensing requirements, scope of practice limitations, the corporate practice of medicine, and privacy obligations, while gaining practical guidance for advising clients in this expanding industry.
