    Timothy Hughes

    Mr. Hughes is a partner at Lavelle Law, Ltd. where he concentrates his practice in bankruptcy and representing individuals and business in front of the Internal Revenue Service and Illinois Department of Revenue. Mr. Hughes is the current Chair of the Northwest Suburban Bar Association’s Federal Tax Committee and he has also served as Chair for the Chicago Bar Association’s Federal Tax Committee and its Practice and Procedure Committee. He received his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law where he also earned an MBA with a concentration in economics and earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University at Bloomington.
