About This Course
This CLE program offers attorneys an in-depth look at Federal Procurement law—the unique legal framework that regulates how the government acquires goods and services, ranging from everyday office supplies to major infrastructure projects and military hardware, including massive items like aircraft carriers.
Participants will explore the lifecycle of government contracts, beginning with solicitations for bids, and examine the policies and procedures that govern interactions between the government and potential contractors. The course also addresses common challenges and disputes, including defective specifications, disappointed bidders, and instances of criminal misconduct by suppliers.
