All's Fair In The Rules of Professional Conduct: Threats and Fees
This CLE course will address the rules of professional conduct in relation to fairness regarding both threats and fees. The course will begin by presenting threats to present, or participate in presenting, professional or criminal disciplinary charges in order to gain an advantage in a civil matter.
