    Whether you use an accountant, a firm or even an internet app to pay your taxes, nothing is foolproof and many individuals often find themselves entangled in problems. This CLE course will help you advise your clients on proven methods and strategies for addressing a variety of tax issues including the simple understanding of what IRS notices mean. The course will address the legitimacy of letters and how to assess a particular dilemma to protect a client’s rights while avoiding liens or levies. Avenues for debt resolution and an assessment of the pros and cons of different methods will all be addressed.

    Ahron Golding

    Ahron Golding has over 10 years of tax law experience. He possesses a strong knowledge of tax laws and issues and has earned himself a reputation for excellence in providing expert guidance to clients with regards to favorably resolving IRS and State Tax problems. Ahron helps people sleep soundly instead of staying awake at night listening to tax resolution advertisements.

    Ahron knows how to work within the IRS system to take advantage of taxpayers full legal rights, negotiating with taxing authorities to waive penalties and reduce tax bills. Ahron handles a variety of complex tax matters such as: prevention and removal of tax liens and levies; preventing passport revocation for taxpayers with large IRS debts; and the return of NYS drivers licenses to their owners who had them revoked due to nonpayment of taxes.

    Ahron is also active in his local community, having spent 12 years as a campus outreach director where he ministered to and provided pastoral counseling for college students. Ahron has also participated twice in the Bike4Chai charity ride as a member of the Roth & Company team, riding over 140 miles to raise money for charity. When not helping clients resolve tax problems, Ahron enjoys spending weekends in Atlanta, GA with his family.
