Ohio attorneys can earn all 24 CLE credit hours with us including 2.5 credits of Professional Conduct using our Online & iOS/Android App courses.

An attorney’s reporting period depends on the first letter of the attorney’s last name. Ohio attorneys with last names beginning with A-L are due on December 31st of each odd numbered year and attorneys with last names beginning M-Z are required to complete their requirement on each even numbered year.

Attorneys who complete more than the required hours of credit in a compliance period may apply a maximum of 12 credit hours to the next compliance period, provided they have timely completed and timely reported more than the required number of credit hours in a compliance period. Excess CLE hours are carried over to the next biennial compliance period as general hours.

On 8/30/2022 The Supreme Court of OH sent a notice that it has permanently removed the self-study CLE cap for all attorneys moving forward in 2023 and beyond OH Supreme Court Notice. Therefore all OH attorneys can now satisfy their entire requirement with our Online & iOS/Android App courses.
