Police Misconduct: Excessive Force and Legal Justification

This CLE course will define the different types of police misconduct and their most common applications including in situations of stop and frisk and in use of force. The course will explain the relevant boards and agencies, including the CCRB and IAB, who are tasked with investigating these incidences and discuss how misconduct is determined and addressed.
